Our Doughs and Pastas

Our doughs are made with certified first quality 100% European (Italian) flours.

For their production, we use exclusively vegetable fat: extra virgin olive oil.

The allegerns related to the dought of our pizzas and all our pastas and lasagna are gluten- containing cereals.

In addition, tagliatella pasta, stuffed raviolis, lasagna pasta and spaguetti carbonara have eggs.

The Pizza Atunera and salmon-filled raviolis contain the following allegerns: gluten-containing cereals and fish.

Our Cheeses

All of our cheeses are controlled and certified designation of origin, produced with 100% European (Italy, Spain and France) cow, bufalo, sheep and goat milk.

The milk of all cheeses is pasteurized except sheep chees.

The allergens related to our cheeses are dairy.

LÁCTEOS

Our Sausages

Sausages, meat used in our pizzas are controlled and certified designation of origin. Produced in Europe: Italy and Spain.

They are gluten and Dairy free with no added polyphosphates.

Only Mortadella with Pistachios contains the following allergens: tree nuts.

Our Sauces

Our premiun quality sauces are aseptically packaged and in free bisphenol containers.

Only the walnut sauce, pistachio, pesto and nutella contain the following allegerns: tree nuts.

Nutella, in addition to tree nuts, contains Dairy products.

Our Desserts

Our artisan dessserts have milk and althought they are not made with tree nuts, thay may have traces.

The artisan Crostata and Tiramisú, have eggs.

Only the lemon ice cream does not have milk in its preparation.
